In just a little over 2 months with Adrian, I’ve leveled up my confidence with weights! His uplifting approach changed my mindset, making me believe in my strength and go for heavier weights. Adrian was my trainer until I relocated, he’s knowledgeable, professional, and great with working around injuries while still getting results!

My husband and I have trained with Adrian for a year. He keeps the sessions fun and challenging but most importantly he makes sure you work out safely without injuries. We have in particular enjoyed learning the land mine workouts from him (ask him about them!). He is also a very nice person which is important if you want to train with someone in the long-term. Best purchase I ever made! I started training with adrian 4 years ago. I currently train virtually. Every work out I learn something new. He’s attentive to how I’m feeling, what my body is like that day, and consistently pushes me. He’s also great about working around your schedule. I would highly recommend his training program. I started training again a few weeks ago after a few months off. I’m already feeling stronger and down 6 pounds!
